Do you still offer same-day delivery?

We no longer offer same-day delivery; however, we do offer priority mail which typically arrives within 1-2 business days.

Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?

We are an online only store.  We do not have a retail location and we do not offer order pick up.  

Why was my order cancelled?

Please note that we only ship tattoo supplies to licensed tattoo studios.  If we cannot verify that you work at a licensed tattoo studio, your order will be cancelled.  To avoid having your order cancelled, use your studio address as your shipping address.  If you feel that there has been a mistake, feel free to contact us.

Do you ship free samples?

We do not ship free samples alone; however, when you place an order, you will typically receive free samples with your order.

Do you accept returns?

For health & safety reasons, we do not accept returns.  However, if your order was damaged during shipping or you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
