How does same-day delivery work?

Same-day local delivery is available within Chicago during select hours, typically weekdays from 11am to 3pm.  The local delivery option is available on the shopping cart page.  Once you have added all items to your cart, select the local delivery option from the shopping cart page to schedule a delivery.  In addition to same-day, you can also schedule a delivery for the next available date.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Where are you located? Can I pick up my order?

We are currently online only and do not offer order pick up at this time.

Do you accept returns?

For health & safety reasons, we do not accept returns.  However, if your order was damaged during shipping or you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?
